These events are intended for the entire Team responsible for Collaboration and correspond to the first two implementation phases (Initiation and Planning).

To ensure close alignment with the company objectives, the client management retains the on-site responsibility, including items such as:

  • nomination of participants
  • documentation of meeting outcome
  • follow up implementation.
